Pit People: In the Dark (Mind if I Sit?)

When you are at the bottom and you can't see the light, company is usually nonexistent...every now and then someone doesn't just stand at the top and offer well meaning advise and throw you a rope...they climb down in, sit with you, help you stand and eventually maybe see some light, show you the way up. These are your pit people!
